Project Overview
Syed Agriculture Farm is a sole proprietorship concern established by Mr. Qadir Bux. He is a resident of Bhan Saeedabad, District Jamshoro, and has been involved in Agri-business for more than 25 years. The main crops cultivated are Maize, Wheat, and Cotton.
He started cultivating Maize for Silage making purposes, initially dedicating 20 acres of land for silage. However, due to high demand for silage in the local market, it was later increased to 250 acres. Currently, he is renting out machinery for silage, which reduces his profitability margins. Hence, he has decided to buy his own machinery on finance to improve his profit margins. Syed Agri Farm produces various sizes of silage bales (65kg. – 1,000kg) based on customer demand and sells it in the local as well as Karachi market.
SEDF’s Assistance
